Ornamentals Skull Tattoos

Skull tattoos might be connected more with the groups like the Hell’s angels than something meaningful or spiritual. The skull as a sign of death is there in many cultures. Some of the cultures do not see death as a harsh as modern day Americans. Skull tattoos usually are set-aside for people who are annoying to make a powerful proclamation either concerning the individual or society. However, Wiccans or gothic people may be more apt to understand that the skull is concerned with the fragile and impermanent nature of life. Skull tattoos having candle on them are generally reserved for those who practice black magic.

Skull and cross bone is also used for the celebration such as the flag for pirate ships. It hinted of enormous danger and most likely struck fear at the people as of its very first sight. However, earlier to this the cross bone and skull were used in cemeteries to spot the entrance. Skull tattoos are sometimes harmonized with very romantic symbols like flowers and hearts.
